✅ This is a space to provide frequently asked questions and answers about the SNKRZ ambassador program. The FAQ will be continuously updated.

Q. Where can I find my own download link?

A. You can find a unique download link in the Ambassador selection congratulatory email sent to the email address you signed up for with the SNKRZ app.

The unique download link is important information for Ambassador activities, so please check it out.

Q. Where do I submit my posts?

A. You can submit the link to the content posted in the Ambassador selection congratulatory email sent to the email address you signed up for SNKRZ app to Google Form and pr-the-snkrz in the official Discord.

Q. Do I have to submit every time I write a post? Can I submit all at once?

A. We recommend submitting whenever you write a post.

Q. Can I submit basic missions and weekly missions in one post?

A. No. Basic missions and weekly missions are different missions. If the subject of a post written and submitted as a basic mission is selected as a weekly mission, a new post with the same subject must be submitted to be recognized as a weekly mission.

A. 스니커즈앱에 가입한 이메일 주소로 보내진 앰배서더 선정 축하 메일에서 고유 다운로드 링크를 확인하실 수 있습니다. 고유 다운로드 링크는 앰배서더의 활동에 있어 중요한 정보이니 꼭 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

Q. 작성한 포스팅은 어디에 제출하나요?

A. 스니커즈앱에 가입한 이메일 주소로 보내진 앰배서더 선정 축하 메일에 포스팅한 컨텐츠의 링크를 접수하는 구글폼과 공식 디스코드 내 pr-the-snkrz에 제출하시면 됩니다.

Q. 포스팅은 작성할 때마다 제출해야하나요? 한 번에 제출해도 되나요?

A. 포스팅을 작성할 때마다 폼으로 제출하는걸 권장합니다.

Q. 하나의 포스팅으로 기본 미션과 주별 미션으로 제출 가능한가요?

A. 안됩니다. 기본 미션과 주별 미션은 다른 미션입니다. 기본 미션으로 작성하고 제출한 포스팅의 주제가 주별 미션으로 선정 될 경우, 같은 주제로 새롭게 포스팅하여 제출하셔야 주별 미션 수행으로 인정됩니다.
