The SNKRZ community consists of people from all over the world who have come together with one mission in mind: to inspire and help each other.

At SNKRZ, we are committed to creating a friendly, safe and open-minded environment for all community members, regardless of their identity (whether this be age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical appearance, disability, or socioeconomic status) or beliefs (religious, cultural, or political).

This Code of Conduct describes our expectations for all members of the SNKRZ community. It also clearly defines the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Scope


This Code of Conduct applies to all communities that SNKRZ owns and operates, both online and offline.

Expected Behavior


We expect everyone in the SNKRZ community to behave in the following manner:

  • Be welcoming (use inclusive words, help all voices be heard and listen actively).
  • Be respectful of others' opinions and experiences (even if you disagree, share your opinions without attacking or offending other members).
  • Be collaborative (share useful information publicly so that we can all benefit from each otherโ€™s discoveries) .
  • Be polite (show empathy and kindness toward other members, gracefully give and accept constructive feedback).
  • Be supportive (help other members and make new members feel welcomed, regardless of their skills).

Unacceptable Behavior


The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within the SNKRZ community:

  • Use of discriminatory (sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ageist, or classist), sexual or violent language and/or material (images, videos, GIFs).
  • Intimidation or harassment of any kind.
  • Disrespecting those with different opinions.
  • Trolling, insulting, personal or political attacks.
  • Continued disruption of discussions and community events.
  • Spamming and promotion of external services without prior consent from our team.
  • No confidential information (including sharing one's own or other members' personal information, or a company's confidential information).
  • Advocating or encouraging any of the behaviors stated above.

Reporting


If you are subject to, or witness, unacceptable behavior, please notify our community success team as soon as possible through [our support form]

Please make sure that you attach a screenshot, the link of the conversation or any other proof that can help us understand the situation in more detail.

All reports will remain completely confidential.

Your message will be reviewed immediately and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Enforcement


Unacceptable behavior from any community member will not be tolerated.

If a member engages in behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, our community success team may take any action we deem appropriate, including permanent expulsion from the community.

Members asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.

We reserve the right to remove posts, messages and other content that violate this Code of Conduct without prior warning or notification.
