We would like to inform you about SNKRZ's Terms of Use and Abuse Policy to promote a healthy SNKRZ ecosystem.

🚨 Permanent Account Suspension Policy

  • GPS spoofing/hacking
  • Motion simulating/hacking
  • The act of generating movement using external forces, such as mechanical devices, rather than actual physical activity, to obtain goods
  • Move with multiple mobiles with SNKRZ activated at the same time
  • Multiple user share one or more SNKRZ accounts
  • Riding a bicycle while walking/running mode
  • Reverse engineering
  • Other acts that constitute a computer-related obstruction of business
  • Acts that fall under computer-related fraud with the purpose of gaining financial benefit, etc

🚨 1st Offense: 180-day account suspension, 2nd Offense: Permanent account suspension policy

  • Friend invitation abuse
  • The act of intentionally deleting unfavorable information within an account or intentionally withdrawing/rejoining an account in order to receive event benefits multiple times
  • Using the results of the services provided by the company for illegal purposes
  • Using the service for profit, business, political activities, etc., without the company's consent

🚨 영구 계정 정지 사항

  • GPS 스푸핑 및 해킹하는 행위
  • 모션 시뮬레이팅 및 해킹하는 행위
  • 외부 기계 장치와 같은 외부 힘을 사용하여 실제 육체 활동 대신 움직임을 생성하여 물품을 얻는 행위
  • SNKRZ가 활성화된 여러 휴대폰을 동시에 사용하는 행위
  • 여러 사용자가 하나 이상의 SNKRZ 계정을 공유하는 행위
  • 걷거나 뛰는 모드로 자전거를 타는 행위
  • 역공학 등의 행위
  • 이외 재산상의 이익을 취득 또는 업무 방해를 위해 진행하는 행위 등

🚨 1차 적발 시 180일 계정 정지, 2차 적발 시 영구 계정 정지 사항

  • 친구 초대기능을 남용하는 행위
  • 계정 내 불리한 정보를 의도적으로 삭제하거나 이벤트 혜택을 여러 번 받기 위해 계정을 의도적으로 삭제/재가입하는 행위
  • 회사가 제공하는 서비스 결과를 불법 목적으로 사용하는 행위
  • 회사의 동의 없이 서비스를 이윤, 사업, 정치 활동 등에 사용하는 행위 등
